Bounce Back: Energy and Movement Through Play
A dynamic exploration of movement where energy bounces between bodies, ideas, objects, and actions. This open studio workshop encourages you to experiment with push-and-pull dynamics and playful fight movement. Using ball play as a tool, find new ways to connect, create, and express energy in a collaborative environment.
Body Contact & Energy Exchange: Explore movement through physical connection, energy sharing, and weight exchange.Push, Pull, Resist,
Release: Explore the tension and flow between opposing forces to deepen your movement dynamics and play with new ways to move with fluidity and control.
Ball Play as a Tool: Utilize ball play to explore the relationship between object and body, experimenting with movement flow and the transfer of energy to new physical possibilities.

Essential Do's for Workshop
1. Do come prepared. Wear comfortable clothing and proper footwear.
2. Do arrive on time.
3. Do stay hydrated.
Bring a water bottle and drink regularly throughout the session.
4. Do ask questions when unsure.
5. Do warm up and cool down. Prevent injuries by stretching before and after the session.
