With a performing career that spans beyond 30 years, Mavin Khoo is recognised all over the world as a performer, coach and Creative Associate to the celebrated artist Akram Khan. His work is recognised for its clarity and commitment to tradition and ‘its’ potential in unfolding contemporary possibilities.

Through conversation, facilitated by Eddin and interspersed with movements by Mavin, the brothers will explore ideas that have underpinned Mavin Khoo’s creative process that bridges personal memory alongside his practise of Bharata Natyam and Classical Ballet — how does reflection of the intangible past and the personal enable creativity and innovation?
