How It Works for Your Shows

Inside the Lumi News app, users will find a dedicated CloudJoi "Trending Events" News Stack. This curated, high-traffic space is designed to put your production in front of thousands of potential patrons:

Curated Visibility: A weekly selection of theatre, live music, musicals, and performances happening across Malaysia is featured directly in the feed.

Frictionless Booking: When a user discovers your event, a single tap brings them straight to your CloudJoi event page to complete their purchase.

Automatic Incentives: To drive higher conversion rates, Lumi News users enjoy a 10% discount (capped at RM5) when booking through the app. This discount is applied automatically—no extra technical setup is required from your end.

Terms & Conditions for Event Organisers
1. Campaign Overview
This campaign is a collaboration between CloudJoi and Lumi News to connect digital content discovery with real-world event attendance. Selected events will be featured within the Lumi News app, where users can discover experiences and complete ticket purchases via CloudJoi.
The objective is to drive incremental ticket sales, expand audience reach, and increase visibility beyond organisers’ existing marketing channels.
2. Enrolment & Participation
Organisers who wish to participate in this campaign are required to enrol each show individually, as participation is strictly on a per-show basis and not on an organiser basis. Each show must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to its first show date by completing the official campaign form and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Submission does not guarantee participation. All selections are curated at CloudJoi’s discretion.
Approved organisers will receive a confirmation email. No further action is required unless otherwise communicated.
CloudJoi reserves the right to decline, adjust, or remove listings if required materials are incomplete or do not meet platform standards.
3. Campaign Timeline & Curation Cycle
Selected events will go live on Lumi News approximately two (2) weeks before the first event date. Listings remain active until the event date or until tickets are sold out, whichever occurs first. Curation and publishing follow a weekly cycle:

Events are finalised and submitted to Lumi News every Friday.

Listings are refreshed within the Lumi News app on a weekly basis (typically Mondays).

Submissions received after the weekly cut-off may be scheduled for the next cycle, subject to availability.
4. Campaign Mechanics
Users will discover participating shows through Lumi News App only, where event listings are integrated into relevant content sections. Upon selecting a show, users will be redirected to CloudJoi to view event details and complete their purchase, with the campaign discount automatically applied. This creates a seamless journey from content discovery to ticket conversion.
5. Discount Structure
All participating shows are required to offer a ten percent (10%) discount on ticket prices, capped at RM5 per transaction. Key principles:

The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

The cost is fully borne by the organiser.

The discount applies only to successfully attributed campaign transactions.
This functions as a performance-based acquisition cost, where organisers incur cost only when a sale is generated through the campaign.
6. Promo Code Application
The CloudJoi checkout system supports the application of only one (1) promo code per transaction. As such, the Lumi News campaign discount cannot be stacked with other promo codes.
If a different promo code is applied at checkout, the Lumi News campaign discount will not be applicable for that transaction. Users may choose which promo code to apply.
7. Tracking & Performance Monitoring
Campaign performance can be monitored via the CloudJoi Dashboard by visiting the Promo Code page within the event dashboard, where organisers can track promo code usage and the number of conversions attributed to the campaign.
8. Settlement
All transactions made under this campaign, including the applied discounts, will be accurately recorded and reflected in the final show settlement.
9. Limitations & Disclaimers
CloudJoi reserves the right to accept or reject any show, adjust campaign timelines, and modify placements based on operational, editorial, or strategic considerations. Participation in the campaign does not guarantee ticket sales, return on investment, or minimum exposure levels.
10. Use of Materials
By participating, organisers grant CloudJoi and Lumi News the right to use submitted event materials (including images, descriptions, and event details) for campaign promotion and execution.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the campaign enrolment form, organisers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
