We are thrilled to introduce you to the latest enhancement in our ticketing system – the all-new categorisation feature. At CloudJoi, we're committed to providing you with the tools and features that make exploring events a seamless and enjoyable experience. With this new update, we're bringing you a more intuitive way to discover and find events, ensuring that you never miss out on the ones that matter most to you.

Our team has been hard at work to bring you a categorisation system that enhances your event discovery journey. We understand that finding the right event is crucial, and that's where our new categorisation feature comes in.
We're delighted to introduce you to our seven categories, each designed to cater to a variety of tastes and preferences. Whether you're into theatre, dance, music, film, variety, musical or event, there's a category waiting for you.
👀 How to Discover?
No more wondering around to search for your favorites – head straight to your preferred categories by clicking the "All Categories" tab. You'll find a list of shows neatly categorised according to your interests, making it easier than ever to find events that match your preferences.
🏷️ Introducing Tags
In addition to categories, we've introduced a new feature – Tags. These tags provide you with a deeper understanding of the events. When you're exploring, keep an eye out for these tags to get a clearer picture of what each event has to offer.
