Terms of Service

General

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is legally binding and becomes effective upon the Organiser’s agreement to publish an event on the CloudJoi platform.

Services (the “Service” or “Services”) offered by CloudJoi (the “Site”) are administered using a platform provided by CloudTheatre Sdn Bhd (“CloudJoi”). These Services are provided under the following Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and pertinent individual provisions and guidelines (Agreement and pertinent individual provisions and guidelines are hereinafter referred to as “Agreements”).

Definations

“CloudJoi” refers to the digital platform operated by CloudTheatre Sdn Bhd, providing services related to the sale, distribution, or marketing promotion tools of event tickets.

“Organiser” refers to the entity or individual entering into this Agreement for listing or sale of tickets on CloudJoi platform.

Application of this Agreement

This Agreement is a legal agreement for all Services of the Site, between CloudJoi and the Organiser.

This Agreement will be applied cumulatively together with the individual provisions and guidelines, and the individual provisions and guidelines constitute part of this Agreement.

By using the Services of the Site, you indicate that you have agreed to all sections of these Agreements as well as the Privacy Policy.

Free Listing

This Free Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the listing of events on the CloudJoi platform free of charge. By availing this free listing service, you or the Organiser agree to the following terms:

  1. Listing Authorization: CloudJoi grants you or the Organiser the permission to list events on the platform without any charge.

  2. Listing Integrity and Compliance: CloudJoi reserves the right to reject or take down any listing that violates our ticketing terms or privacy policy.

  3. Data Disclosure: CloudJoi reserves the right to disclose all data and information about the event for the purpose of industry database building with full compliance of PDPA.

  4. Publicity Discretion: Publicity for free listings is at the discretion of CloudJoi and may be limited based on our evaluation.

  5. Audience Support: CloudJoi does not provide audience support for free listings. All inquiries or support requests from attendees should be directed to the relevant party responsible for the event.

  6. Dispute and Legal Disclaimer: CloudJoi is not liable for any disputes, complaints, or legal pursuits that may arise in the event of a situation related to the free listing. Any such issues should be resolved between the involved parties without implicating CloudJoi.

  7. External Linking and Third-Party Responsibility: Free listings on CloudJoi may require linking to external party sites for additional information or transactions. CloudJoi explicitly disclaims any responsibility for issues arising from the use of external party sites, including but not limited to downtime, payment issues, fraud, or any circumstances beyond our control.

  8. Removal of Submission: CloudJoi reserves the rights to remove any submission if we determine that it is fraudulent or violates our policies. This includes instances where we suspect the external party site linked may be involved in activities inconsistent with our guidelines or potentially harmful to users.

By listing an event on the CloudJoi platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. CloudJoi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at its discretion. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the removal of the event listing.
