《鉴真渡海》赴一场静心之旅
以唐代著名高僧鉴真大和尚的事迹与精神为创作蓝本，透过以正念为表演导向再结合声音疗愈，以稳重、扎实且不花俏的另类表演让观众通过观赏表演的过程中暂时放下生活的种种烦恼慢慢进入心静的状态再沉浸在静心的修行中。

Voyage - Embark on a journey of inner peace
Based on the legendary story of the renowned Tang Dynasty monk, Jian Zhen, this performance combines mindfulness-oriented performance with sound healing. Through a solemn and unpretentious performance, the audience is invited to temporarily set aside life's worries and gradually enter a state of inner calm while immersing themselves in the practice of meditation.

禅舞、祭鼓和鸣锣独创的静心表演
《大学》中说：“知止而后定，定而后能静，静而后能安，安而后能虑，虑而后能得。”这说明静心如此重要，静心的状态值得拥有。沉淀自己的心，静观事态变迁，生活才会和谐顺达。心静才能听到万物的和谐之音，心清才能看出万物的本质之渊。

观赏艺术是其中一种能达到静心的途径。艺术总监李瑞强希望透过他多年来在舞蹈、禅修以及声音疗愈的实践与研究中独创出的静心表演来引领观众步入静心的境界。

In "The Great Learning," it is said, "The point where to rest being known, the object of pursuit is then determined; and, that being determined, an unperturbed calmness may be attained to. To that calmness there will succeed a tranquil repose. In that repose there may be careful deliberation, and that deliberation will be followed by the attainment of the desired end."

This highlights the importance of inner peace, as it is a state worth cultivating. By settling one's mind and observing the changes in circumstances, one can live harmoniously and smoothly. Only in a state of inner calm can one hear the harmonious melodies of all things and perceive their essence.
Appreciating art is one way to achieve inner peace. Artistic director Lee Swee Keong hopes to guide the audience into a state of tranquillity through his innovative approach to mindfulness-oriented performances, which he developed through years of practice and research in dance, meditation, and sound therapy.
