Samantha是英国诺桑比亚大学的设计管理硕士，也是认证的治疗艺术生活教练。 出于对艺术治疗的热情，她将设计思维原则融入到她的实践中，强调设计、艺术与治疗于个人成长中。

Samantha 目前为艺术与设计学院的设计系主任，带领学生和团队获得了多项奖项。 她受邀参加的国际艺术展览包括韩国、台湾、美国、西班牙、墨西哥、芬兰、乌克兰、波兰、秘鲁、马来西亚、泰国、哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔和中国等国家。

她希望与他人分享艺术治愈和自我探索的快乐，为人们提供一种通过艺术的治疗力量舒缓紧绷的生活，学习自我探讨与疗愈的过程。

歡迎來到「藝術與自我：藝術療癒工作坊」系列，此系列工作坊透過創意表達與藝術之旅，引導學員尋求自我發掘與促進身心健康，在繁華與快速的日常中，發掘自我與藝術。

我們的首個工作坊，「創意與寧靜」，融合了積極心理藝術、自我實現與藝術、手工造紙、單版印刷和模板單版印刷技巧，讓您在實踐藝術療癒的同時，學習到嶄新的藝術技巧。

「創意與寧靜」不僅僅是一個工作坊；它是一個通過藝術表達促進身心健康和自我發現的體驗之旅。參與積極心理藝術，讓情感流淌到畫作上，並探索自我實現與藝術，通過創意過程深入了解內在自我。工作坊還包括親身體驗手工造紙、單版印刷和模板單版印刷等內容。

在「創意與寧靜」工作坊結束時，參與者將能夠：

// Instructor Profile //
Meet Samantha Cheah, a Design Management master from Northumbria University Newcastle and a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach. With a passion for art healing, Samantha integrates Design Thinking principles into her practice, emphasising the intersection of design, therapy, and personal growth.

Currently a Programme Head and Lecturer at an art and design college, Samantha has led students and teams to multiple awards. Her global art exhibition participation includes countries like Korea, Taiwan, the USA, Spain, Mexico, Finland, Ukraine, Poland, Peru, Malaysia, Thailand, Colombia, Ecuador, and China. 

She wishes to share the happiness of art healing and self-exploration with others, offering a way for people to destress and find comfort through the therapeutic power of art.

// Introduction //
Welcome to "Art and Self: Healing through Art," a series of immersive workshops designed for those seeking a journey of self-discovery and well-being through creative expression. Our inaugural workshop, "Creative Serenity," seamlessly blends Positive psychological art, Self-realisation and art, Hand-made Paper Crafting, Monoprint, and Stencil Monoprint.

// Workshop Overview //
"Creative Serenity" is more than a workshop; it's an experiential voyage crafted to foster well-being and self-discovery through artistic expression. Engage in Positive psychological art, allowing emotions to flow, and explore self-realisation and art, a journey into the inner self through creative processes. The workshop also includes hands-on sessions in crafting hand-made paper, the spontaneous art of mono printing, and the structured yet expressive technique of stencil mono-printing.

By the end of "Creative Serenity," participants will:

• Cultivate Positive Well-being:
  Utilize Positive psychological Art to promote emotional well-being and a positive mindset.
• Achieve Self-Realisation:
  Tap into the power of self-discovery through creative expression, fostering a deeper understanding of one's inner self.
• Explore Artistic Techniques:
  Gain exposure to hand-made paper crafting, monoprinting, and stencil monoprinting, expanding their artistic horizons in a nurturing environment.

This workshop is designed for personal exploration and well-being through art & creative expression. Please note that this workshop is not intended for mental health diagnosis or treatment and is entirely non-spiritual.

1. 學員所繳之學費一律不接受退款，也不能轉到其他學員名下，或轉讀相同導師的其他課程。
2. 學員因故缺席，東藝館不予以補課或退費。
3. 若課程未開辦成功，本館將學費全數退還給學員。
4. 若上課日碰上公共假期或東藝館活動，本館有權展延課程。
5. 本館所有課程學費不含材料費，除非另有註明。

// Notice of Course Registration//

1. All course fees paid by students are strictly non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another student or other courses taught by the same instructor.
2. In the event of a student's absence for any reason, OACA will not provide replacement classes or refunds.
3. If a course failed to commence, OACA will fully refund the course fee to the student.
4. In the case of any classes fall on public holidays or OACA events, OACA reserves the right to reschedule the classes.
5. All course fees do not include material costs unless otherwise specified.
