About
As humans, we are wired by social norms and psychological constraints to say 'yes' even when we actually want to, or need to, say 'no'
In this 2-hour online workshop, you will:
- explore when it's hard and when it's easy for you to say 'no'
- learn the importance of boundaries and of saying 'no'
- practise strategies for saying 'no' so you're better prepared to do that after the workshop
This workshop is open to participants of any gender.
The workshop will be facilitated by Jacqueline Ann Surin. She is an expert facilitator who has worked with and trained corporations and communities globally. She is also the developer of "Making it Safe: Inspiring Strategies against Sexual Harassment" and is currently KL Swing!'s Safe Spaces Consultant.
