磐打击乐团创办人陈展骢出生于森美兰波德申，就读芙中期间接触了廿四节令鼓，继而以此为事业。在吉隆坡表演艺术领域发展将近8年后，他决定回到森美兰芙蓉成立鼓团，将文化事业扎根于孕育自己成长的地方，一点点燃起森州的艺术薪火。
芙蓉素有“花城”之称，象征城市的繁盛、多元与文化活力。二十四节令鼓是马来西亚独具代表性的文化艺术形式，已被列入国家非物质文化遗产，并持续迈向国际文化舞台。《鼓聚花城2》以芙蓉为文化核心，汇聚来自不同地区的鼓乐力量，推动本土文化的传承、交流与发展。
Zac Tan, the visionary founder of The Stone Percussion, from Port Dickson, connected with 24 Festive Drums during his years at CHHS Seremban and ultimately shaping the course of his life's journey. After honing his craft in performing arts for nearly eight years in Kuala Lumpur, Zac made a heartfelt decision to return to Seremban, yearning to cultivate a cultural enterprise deeply ingrained in Negeri Sembilan.
Seremban, known as the "City of Flowers," symbolizes the city's prosperity, diversity, and cultural vitality.The 24 Festive Drums are a unique cultural art form in Malaysia, listed as a national intangible cultural heritage, and continuously gaining international recognition.
"Let's Roll 2" uses Seremban as its cultural core, bringing together drumming talents from different regions to promote the inheritance, exchange, and development of local culture.
