Notes:

This show is recommended for those over the age of 16, as there will be some mature content. If you wish to purchase a ticket for your child, this should be done at your own discretion and judgement. Those below the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian.

Babies, toddlers, and children below the age of 10, will not be admitted into the auditorium.

Any child or adult that disrupts the show and performance may be asked to leave the auditorium.

Video recordings of the performance are strictly prohibited by members of the audience. Anyone caught recording the show will be asked to leave the theatre.

The performances may be photographed or recorded by our company HILARITY ENSUES SDN BHD. By purchasing tickets and attending the show, you are consenting to your image being photographed, recorded and possibly used on social media or any other media platforms.

ACCESS TO THE SKYBOX SEATS are via STEEP STAIRCASE ONLY!!! THERE ARE NO LIFTS!!! YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS!!!

WHEELCHAIR/ACCESSIBLE SEATS: There are only 4 spaces for wheelchairs. To book these or if you require the seat to be removed for your wheelchair, please inform us in advance. Seats in Row N of the Silver Category are accessible but you will need to transfer from your wheelchair to the seat. 

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR CHANGE OF VENUE

In the event that the performance of The Music Kena Sound is postponed, cancelled, or undergoes a change of venue, due to unavoidable circumstances or force majeure events, the following policies will apply:

• Notification: We will make every effort to contact all ticket buyers as soon as possible. Notifications will be sent directly to the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
• Options for Postponement or Venue Change: If a show is rescheduled or moved to a different venue, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date or location. Alternatively, you will be offered: 
• A replacement ticket of similar value for an alternative session (subject to availability).
• A full refund of the ticket price, less any administrative or processing fees charged by the ticketing platform.
• Cancellation: If a show is fully cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, a refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original method of payment, less any administrative or processing fees charged by the ticketing platform.

Please Note: Organisers are not responsible for any personal travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred due to a cancellation, postponement, or venue change. Please ensure your contact details are up to date with the ticketing platform to receive timely updates.
