1. General

1. No door tickets will be sold during the event day.
2. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, attendees agree to all Terms & Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
4. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the event is final.

2. Tickets & Admission

1. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
2. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers may be invalid.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or tampered tickets may not be replaced.
4. Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized by the Organizer.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission to any ticket holder.
7. Re-entry is not permitted unless specified.
8. Ticket holders may be required to present valid identification upon entry.

3. Event Changes

1. Event date, venue, schedule, artists, and running order are subject to change.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute performers without notice.
3. Changes to the lineup do not qualify for refunds.
4. Event start and end times may vary.

4. Postponement & Cancellation

1. The Organizer may postpone, interrupt, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
2. In the event of postponement, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date.
3. Refund policies for cancellation or postponement shall be determined by the Organizer.
4. Booking fees and processing fees may be non-refundable.

5. Age Restrictions

1. Age restrictions apply according to event classification.
2. Minors may require accompaniment by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Valid identification may be requested for age verification.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if age requirements are not met.

6. Security Screening

1. All attendees are subject to security checks, bag inspections, and personal screening.
2. Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry.
3. Prohibited items may be confiscated without compensation.

7. Prohibited Items

Including but not limited to:

• Weapons of any kind
• Firearms
• Knives and sharp objects
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Fireworks and explosives
• Laser pointers
• Drones
• Glass bottles
• Aerosol cans
• Large bags and luggage
• Professional cameras
• Audio/video recording equipment
• Selfie sticks
• Outside food and beverages
• Alcohol
• Umbrellas (where prohibited)
• Any item deemed dangerous by security personnel.

8. Code of Conduct

1. Attendees must behave respectfully towards performers, staff, and other attendees.
2. Violent, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
3. Moshing, crowd surfing, stage diving, and similar activities are at attendees' own risk and may be restricted.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to remove attendees without refund for misconduct.

9. Health & Safety

1. Attendees enter at their own risk.
2. High sound levels, lighting effects, lasers, pyrotechnics, and strobe effects may be used.
3. Individuals with medical conditions should take appropriate precautions.
4. Emergency exits and safety instructions must be followed at all times.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons.

10. Photography & Recording

1. Personal photography may be permitted unless otherwise stated.
2. Professional photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited without accreditation.
3. Live streaming of the event may be prohibited.
4. Unauthorized recordings may be confiscated or deleted.

11. Media Release

1. The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
2. By entering the venue, attendees grant permission for their image, likeness, and voice to be used in promotional and commercial materials without compensation.

12. Liability

1. The Organizer shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
2. Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance.
3. The Organizer shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, or damages except where required by law.
4. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and conduct.

13. Venue Rules

1. Venue-specific regulations apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas where allowed.
3. Access to backstage, production, VIP, or restricted areas is prohibited without authorization.
4. Seating or standing locations must correspond to the ticket category purchased.

14. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Civil unrest
• Strikes
• Acts of terrorism
• Technical failures
• Any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

15. Privacy

1. Personal information collected during ticket purchase may be used for event administration.
2. Information may be shared with authorized service providers where necessary.
3. Data processing shall comply with applicable privacy laws.

16. Governing Law

1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
