Step into a vibrant cultural experience with Nyonya Beading, an immersive hands-on workshop held in conjunction with Pasar Subak’s textile and heritage initiative. Inspired by the rich artistry of Peranakan craftsmanship, this session introduces participants to the delicate tradition of hand-beaded embellishment commonly found in Nyonya fashion, accessories, and decorative art.

Participants will explore the basics of bead placement, pattern arrangement, colour composition, and embroidery techniques while creating their own small beaded artwork to bring home. Whether you are a beginner, creative enthusiast, student, or cultural lover, this workshop is designed to be approachable, educational, and creatively fulfilling.
