Ticket Purchase & Confirmation

1. All tickets must be purchased through our appointed online ticketing platform.
2. A confirmation email or e-ticket will be sent upon successful payment.
3. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
4. Seating numbers will be assigned later on a first come, first served basis.  

Dinner & Show 

1. Each ticket includes Buffet Dinner for 1 person only @ Festa Restaurant, The Lisbon Melaka.
2. Dinner serve begins at 6.30 pm.
3. Guests may enjoy their dinner first and proceed to the comedy show afterwards.

Admission Rules

1. Guests must present a valid e-ticket and identification (if required) for entry.
2. Doors open 45 minutes before showtime. Late comer may be denied entry until an appropriate break.

Age Limit

1. Only 18 years old and above due to comedic content.

Refund s& Cancellation

1. All ticket sales are non-refundable once purchased.
2. In the event the show is postponed or cancelled by the organizer, guests will be notified, and refund or transfer arrangements will be provided accordingly.
3. No refund for no-show or change of mind.

Photography & Recording

1. Strictly no video recording during the performance.
2. Flash photography is not allowed.
3. The organizer may record or photograph the event for promotional use; attendance implies consent.

Behaviour & safety

1. The organizer reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
2. All guests must follow hotel safety guidelines and staff instructions.

Food & Beverage

1. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Changes to Event

1. The organizer reserves the right to adjust event timing, programme, seating layout, or performers without prior notice.
