2. Doors open 45 mins before showtime.

7. The organiser and ticketing agent are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
8. Reselling tickets at the same or higher value is strictly prohibited.
9. Tickets not purchased via cloudjoi.com may be cancelled without refund.
10. The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or affects the safety/enjoyment of others.
11. No refund or compensation will be given in such cases.
12. Strictly NO full-length video recording of the show.
13. Short clips (e.g. Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok snippets) are allowed.
14. Photos and videos may be captured during the event for archival, publicity, and promotional use.
15. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
16. No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
17. No pets allowed.
18. No outside food or beverages allowed.
19. No weapons, hazardous items, narcotics, helmets, or anything that may endanger or disrupt the event.
20. The organiser reserves the right to conduct bag checks and body screening for security purposes.
21. The organiser reserves the right to revise event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
22. In the event of cancellation or postponement, announcements will be made.
