Rachel ‘Ray’ Liu: My Story, My Song

Kuala Lumpur

Rachel is a vocal coach who has been singing from a young age in church and weddings, after she completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she decided to pursue formal training in classical singing and has sung with choral groups such as the Young KL Singers, Young Choral Academy Chorus, and the Kuala Lumpur City Opera chorus. She is also a soloist and has sung in concerts under the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre such as the Yesterday Once More series and Dama's In Perfect Harmony Too, in addition to other personal projects. She is also passionate about musical theatre, having worked in with KuLT's Fortune Kooky, Theater three sixty and Nick Choo's Follow The Light, and Euphrasia The Musical to name a few. Her most recent appearance was in Dama Asia's Magical 30 as part of the ensemble as well as being the assistant vocal coach as well as playing the role of "Sarah" In KuLT's The Working Dead. 2025 Boh Cameronian Arts Award Nominee (Best Actor in a Supporting Role)
