About
Despite facing challenges, particularly during the Covid pandemic, Nadia persevered as a mother of two young children in Kuala Lumpur.
Kembara invites you to embark on an easy walking tour led by Nadia. Through her eyes, you'll gain insights into the experiences of migrant workers in Kuala Lumpur, unveiling hidden spots and providing insights through her unique lens as a Bangladeshi migrant woman in Kuala Lumpur.
As an advocate for migrant rights, Nadia currently works in a local NGO shedding light on the experiences and challenges faced by migrant communities in Malaysia.
Our adventure culminates at event space, Sustain.ed, where we will delight in an authentic Bangladeshi feast from Dhaka Briyani House. This culinary treat adds a delightful twist to an immersive experience, satisfying your taste buds and immersing you deeper into the essence of Nadia's story and Downtown Kuala Lumpur.
Don't miss this opportunity to witness Downtown KL through the eyes of Nadia as she weaves her personal narrative into the fabric of Kuala Lumpur.
