Brenda Lim is a theatre practitioner and educator, and the founder of Black Room Theatre (est. 2012). She graduated from National Taiwan Normal University with a major in English and a minor in Performing Arts. She works across multiple roles, including producer, director, production manager, and stage manager.
Her work often explores underlying social issues through theatre as a medium for reflection and dialogue. In addition to her creative practice, she is deeply committed to drama education for children and youth, and currently serves as a drama instructor in multiple schools.
