The Prestige Group is planning to build apartments in a new area called Devanahalli in North Bengaluru. The Prestige Springwood project is one of their newest projects. It was spread out over 2 acres of land, with only 20% being used for building and 80% being left open. There are 180 apartments in 4 beautiful towers in the project. The 3 and 4 bhk homes range in size from 1600 to 1900 sq. ft. on the floor plans. Prices range from Rs. 2.40 crore to Rs. 5.2 crore. The project is in the "Pre-Launch" or "Expression of Interest" (EOI) stage right now. It will take 4 years to finish the project, and the owner will get the keys in December 2030.
