Zaky Aulia is an aspiring actor and soon-to-be director who is trying his best to contribute to the makings of art. Hailing all the way from Indonesia, Zaky enrolled into Taylor's University in 2023 and soon enough, he got interested and hooked into the world of Stage-plays which was introduced to him by SPART (Society of Performing Art's at Taylor's). His first steps into the world of acting started when he auditioned for a role and successfully getting said role in 2024's Prophecy of Blood. Ever since then, he has been getting more involved with multiple other stage-plays and films, hoping with this, the world would be introduced to more art and passion.
In 2024, as stated previously, Zaky Aulia made his debut in acting as Alfonso de Albequerque in the SPART Signature event, a play called "Prophecy of Blood", an adaptation of the Shakespearean tragedy, Macbeth. Through this, Zaky got introduced to the intricate yet joyous world of stageplays. Alfonso de Albequrque appeared sparingly in said play, yet the impact of his presence can be felt throughout the play in the form of his ghoul haunting the titular chatacter of Rui de Rojo. Due to Alfonso's character being bold, loud, and charismatic, Zaky's confidence on stage immensely improved, further diving down the rabbit hole of performing arts.
In 2025, Zaky Aulia is now involved in more performing projects, one being the short horror film "Turn Around", directed by Nyam Kee Ryn and produced by The Filmmaking Club at Taylor's. Starring as one of the main characters, Zaky is faced with a very physically-demanding role. From the production he learnt on how grueling and exhausting acting can be, yet from that he also learnt perseverance and more passion to tackle through for the sake of art.
And of course, Zaky Aulia is now starring in Finite.
Zaky Aulia, with his co-director Nyam Kee Ryn, will be directing their own play this year, which is "Scott Pilgrim vs. The Stage," a stage adaptation of the graphic novel series created by Bryan Lee O' Malley.
Zaky hopes to be involved in more performing production and plans to create his own stories in the future.
