Kieran Azmarul is a multifaceted Malaysian visual artist who is always looking for the next inspired project he can help bring to life. He has dabbled in multiple creative ventures such as prop making, makeup artistry, filmmaking, and acting.
He began his journey in Taylor’s Society of Performing Arts (SPART) by signing up to be one of the prop masters for Prophecy of Blood (2024), a localized retelling of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. Later that year, he went on to write and direct a short film of his own, Two’s Company (2024) – a film that explores loneliness and the lengths it can push one to.
In 2025, Kieran started branching out by becoming one of the makeup artists for SPART’s Lovestruck. In June 2025, he will act in a short SPART play titled ‘The Other Woman’, an adaptation of the book, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.
