Drum Up Sdn. Bhd. 
Drum Up is a dynamic cultural initiative born from the collaboration between JB Drums (since 2006) and Orang Orang Drum Theatre(since 2013) with a shared mission to cultivate a global community of 24 Festive Drummers. The company is officially founded in 2025.

Since its inception in 2023, Drum Up has rapidly emerged as a driving force in the contemporary 24 Festive Drums’ scene — blending tradition with innovation to breathe new life into this iconic Malaysian art form. 

Drum Up JB as a performance has captivated diverse audiences from around the world, impacting over 10,000 individuals through 31 performances, workshops, and outreach programs. More than a performance collective, Drum Up JB is a movement — one that aims to preserve, educate, and connect people through the powerful rhythms of the 24 Festive Drums.
In Brief
2017In 2017, JB Drums from Johor Bahru collaborated with Orang Orang Drum Theatre from Kuala Lumpur to present drum performances in France over a six-week period, visiting eight international folklore festivals organised by CIOFF (International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Arts, an organisation.associated with UNESCO).

2018In 2018, JB Drums and Orang Orang Drum Theatre was invited to Quanzhou, China, to participate in a drum concert at Huaqiao University, and subsequently to Chaozhou, China, to take part in the Chao Xiang 24 Festive Drums International Arts Festival.

2023, January–DecemberJB Drums and Orang Orang Theatre jointly created a production at the Permaisuri Zarith Sofiah Opera House,titled *Drum Up JB!. 2025, September & November
- Drum Up Sdn. Bhd. is officially registered.- With the aim to build a permanent cultural attraction, they have produced                  another nine shows with the same title as a crowdfunding performance.
