Menopause isn’t the end of anything — it’s the beginning of a deeper, more honest connection with yourself and the people you love. Hot, Bothered & Blooming is a refreshing, heart-opening event where we speak candidly (but kindly) about what really happens during this life phase — physically, emotionally, and relationally.
With insights from Medical Doctor Dr. Hana Husein, clinical sexologist Dr. Martha Tara Lee, and energy healer Dr. Coco Wong, we’ll unpack common experiences like hormonal changes, intimacy, communication with partners, and how to rediscover joy in a changing body.
We’ll end the evening on a lighter note — with a stand-up comedy session that reminds us we’re not alone, and we’ve still got it. Let’s laugh, learn, and bloom together.
